Common questions
- I'm not getting reminders. Check that notifications for Sip are on in Settings › Notifications › Sip. Reminders arrive once a day at the hour you picked in the app.
- Sip named my plant wrong. Open the plant and edit its name or watering interval. Your changes are kept.
- I bought the unlock on another phone. Use Restore Purchases in the app, signed in with the same Apple ID.
- How do I delete my account? In the app's settings, choose Delete Account. See the privacy policy for what that removes.
